carefully before submitting your order to us, they apply to all orders
with the Timebubble Toys online shop.
At present the listed prices do not include VAT as Timebubble Toys
is a company of relatively small size. We feel this directly benefits
PRICES ON THE ONLINE SHOP
Prices on the online shop are subject to change without prior notice. Changes can occur for a number of reasons but will also include online ‘seasonal/event sales’. We will endeavour to advertise promotional sales to our customers on the home and online shop page of our website, as well as through linked social media sites.
We do our best to ensure that all prices listed are accurate. However, errors can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you or you do not reconfirm the order, we will treat the order as cancelled.
PRODUCT PICTURES ON THE ONLINE SHOP
We try hard to portray the items on our website accurately offering, in many cases, a range of photos. However, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate. Please note that there may be variations in surface finish of wooden products due to the calibration and settings of the laser cutters and variations in the natural surface finish of the wood used.
You must be 18 or older to purchase online. Timebubble Toys collects payment from customers via PayPal. On the checkout page you will be taken to the secure PayPal website to log in to your account or pay as a guest. You will then be returned to the Timebubble Toys website to complete the checkout process.
We recommend that you keep a copy of your online payment information and shipping confirmation in case you need to contact us with any questions about your order. The shipping confirmation email will include a copy of these Terms and Conditions.
We strongly recommend that on receipt of your products that all packaging information for advice and safety instructions are kept for future reference.
If you notice that any of the information emailed to you is incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can correct it.
At present you cannot pay by invoice. More on payment.
These are not included in the order and a range of delivery charges are available for you to choose from. The single delivery charge will cover all orders no matter how large. More on deliveries below.
All deliveries are through Royal Mail. Unless indicated otherwise, please allow up to 5 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) for the delivery of your order.
Our shipping charges are second class post £2.99 per delivery, first class post £5.99 per delivery.
We only make deliveries to addresses in the following countries: United Kingdom (not the Channel Islands or Gibraltar) It is not possible to deliver orders to addresses outside these countries.
STOCK & DELIVERY TIMES
We will inform you as quickly as possible if a product is not available or cannot be delivered on time. If the product will not be available in the foreseeable future, we reserve the right not to accept your order.
We are sorry that our toy, gift or game does not meet your expectations. You are entitled to a full refund up to 30 days from the date you buy your product should it arrive faulty or develop a fault during that period. You must send the products back as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. This applies in all cases where you want to rescind this contract.

Request for a refund of damaged items • Please complete the online ‘Contact form’. All requests must be accompanied with a quality photo that shows the breakage so that we can understand where improvements may need to be made. Please note that refunds for broken products will not be issued unless a clear photo is attached.
All requests for refunds should fall within the 14 days following receipt of the item. You can request a full refund and we will check eligibility for reimbursement and will respond within 30 days. • If your products are damaged during transport, we will be responsible for such damage.• 'During transport' refers to the period during transport until you or someone appointed by you, other than the carrier, have taken physical possession of the products.
If you choose to return the products (regardless of the situation), you will be responsible for damage to the products caused during return transport. Wrong item delivered or exercising your right to withdrawal. If items delivered are not the products you ordered, then we will refund the products and postage (equivalent to our own postal rates) within the 14 day period following receipt of the item.
Items returned must be intact/undamaged and therefore in resalable condition. Timebubble Toys Ltd. does not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit back to us, we therefore recommend that you send items recorded delivery.
If you choose to return the products (regardless of the situation), you will be responsible for damage to the products caused during return transport. You are liable for any reduction in value of the products resulting from the handling of the products other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. This means that your refund in the event of withdrawal is reduced proportionately with the reduced value other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. You should be aware that the value will be reduced significantly if you open the packaging and alter the contents of the product, which will result in a much smaller refund if you want to exercise your right of withdrawal. The same will apply if you do not return the entire product, but only parts of it.• If you have ordered multiple products in one order and the products are delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of physical possession of the last product.
We will carry out such refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You cannot receive any refunds after the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days has expired.
We make every possible effort to deliver products within the estimated timescales as indicated in your virtual shopping bag and order review. However, delays can sometimes occur due to unforeseen events beyond our control.
If your order is delayed, you will be informed of this as quickly as possible. You agree to let us deliver within an additional period of time appropriate to the circumstances. If we fail to deliver the products within that additional period of time, you are entitled to cancel your order and terminate the contract and your orders. In such cases you will, of course, receive a refund for the products that you have paid for. If you want to cancel your orders, please contact us immediately.
HOW THE PRODUCTS SOLD BY TIMEBUBBLE TOYS LTD. CAN BE USED
Products purchased from Timebubble Toys Ltd. are for use by consumers only. This is extended to school pupils who may receive purchased products through school based activities. Products sold through the Timebubble online shop must not be used for commercial purposes such as promotional campaigns, marketing and PR.
